Welcome to the Mount Vernon Community School District! We are excited for your student to join our family. Whether your student is beginning kindergarten or transferring from another school, our dedicated staff is committed to ensuring all students succeed
Returning Students
Registration for the upcoming school year will be open for existing students in late July. To help ensure that schools and students are well prepared for the first day of school, parents are encouraged to register their child or children online prior to the registration deadline. The online registration process will allow parents to submit information directly to the District. Please be sure to provide up-to-date phone and email information. This contact information will be stored in PowerSchool and our notification system, SchoolMessenger. The Mount Vernon Community School District will be using SchoolMessenger for emergency notifications, announcements, and other important messages
